Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, pet treats, food-related products, used items, personalized products, and clearance items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and provide a suitable solution.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective item.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
